MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

Hello beautiful birthers, my name is Taryn! I consider myself blessed to have found such a fulfilling career. I love working with expectant mothers and their families to help them navigate the birth and labor process. I look at each new birth as a unique experience and in return I provide mothers with the encouragement and motivation they need.

A bit about me, I love children and have been childminding for about 10 years! I graduated with a diploma in Practical nursing in July 2022 and work as an acute care/obstetrics and long-term care nurse at a rural hospital!

Birth work has always been a calling of mine, so after getting settled into my nursing career I decided it was a perfect time to become a doula and create my business BeyondBeautifulBirthing! I attended DONAs approved birth doula workshop in October 2022 and have been blessed to help many families through my services since! Furthermore I have included postpartum services to my business after finally pursuing my postpartum doula in 2023!!
